BUSHINGS TO REDUCE FRICTION IN THE ROTOR EQUIPPED WITH A LIQUID PUMP FOR AUTOMOBILES

PURPOSE: A liquid pump for an automobile equipping with a bushing reducing the friction in a rotor is provided to reduce the noise and vibration by injecting a bushing with a rotator as one body. CONSTITUTION: A shaft(410) is into one body shaped on the top of a housing(400) and a stator(500) is inserted in the lower part and is coupled with the shaft. A rear housing has a PCB which contacts the stator and is coupled with the lower part of the housing. After flowing in the liquid as the inlet port while an impeller revolves in a rotor(300) in which shaft is inserted and revolving, a cover discharged to a vent is included. An abrasion resistance material bushing(320) is included in the central penetrating hole of the rotor revolving based on the shaft.
