PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator related to the field of combustion chambers that cools HP turbine wheels. SOLUTION: A combustion chamber 10 fits the separator 70 disposed between a radially inner wall 151 of the chamber and an inner flange 21 of the combustion chamber 10, the separator 70 having both tubular portion 76 and fastener portion, the tubular portion 76 being centered on the main axis of the combustion chamber 10, with an upstream end 79 thereof being situated upstream from an orifice 51 in the radially inner wall 151 of the combustion chamber 10, and the fastener portion being secured to the combustion chamber 10, such that the tubular portion 76 splits the flow of air running along the radially inner wall 151 into an inner air flow F<SB>1</SB>passing between the tubular portion 76 and the inner flange 21 of the combustion chamber 10, and an outer air flow F<SB>e</SB>passing between the radially inner wall 151 and the tubular portion 76.
