PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement of balance of impact strength, heat-resistance, processability and uniformness of appearance of a thermoplastic resin composition containing a poly-lactic acid resin. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 5-60 pts.wt. of the poly-lactic acid resin (X), 10-70 pts.wt. of a rubber-containing graft copolymer (Y) and 10-85 pts.wt. of anα-methylstyrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (Z) (provided that the total of (X), (Y) and (Z) is 100 pts.wt.). 70 wt.% or more of a monomer used for the graft polymerization of the rubber-containing graft copolymer (Y) is a (meth)acrylate based monomer.
