PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component fitting part structure for a vehicle body panel member enabling secure and easy fitting and easy removal of a sealing lid. SOLUTION: A guide wall 6 is provided at an opening part peripheral edge of an instrument panel 1, and a lock edge 8 is provided inside an edge part f of the guide wall 6. A body part of which insertion is regulated by the lock edge 8 and which is swingably supported by the lock edge 8 is provided on the back face of a lid body of the sealing lid 4, and the sealing lid 4 is formed to have a box shape. Ribs 17, 18 elastically press-fitted to the guide wall 6, respectively are formed on lateral walls 13, 13' of the body part opposing to each other. A pair of lateral craw parts 20 locked in the width direction on the lock edge 8 of the guide wall 6 with lock parts 19 facing outside and opposing to the width direction are provided in the vicinity of the ribs 17 on one side of the body part, and a vertical craw part 22 locked in the longitudinal direction on the lock edge 8 of the guide wall 6 with a lock part 21 facing outside is provided in the vicinity of the ribs 18 on the other side of the body part.
