PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet used for molding a decorative molding with an elaborate design and with a surface protective layer which has high resistance to wear and scuff resistance, good moldability and free from crack etc., and to provide a method for manufacturing a decorative resin molding using the decorative sheet, and the decorative resin molding manufactured by the method for manufacturing. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet includes, on a substrate, at least a partially provided low gloss pattern ink layer and an overall covering surface protective layer which is present on the low gloss pattern ink layer to come in contact with it and which contains a region formed with the low gloss pattern ink layer and a region formed with no low gloss pattern ink layer, wherein the surface protective layer is prepared by crosslinking and curing a resin composition comprising an ionizing radiation-curable resin and a thermoplastic resin at a ratio (mass ratio) of 75:25-25:75, wherein weight average molecular weight in terms of polystyrene measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) of the thermoplastic resin is in the range of 90,000-120,000, and the thickness of the surface protective layer is 1-1,000μm.
