PURPOSE: An intercooler of a vehicle is provided to supply cooling air into a cylinder by promoting the heat exchange between outdoor air and indoor air by installing a guide blade at the inlet of an intercooler. CONSTITUTION: An intercooler of a vehicle comprises a guide blade(180). The guide blade is installed within an inlet side tank(130) of an intercooler. The air flowed through an inlet is direction-converted toward a tube while passing the inside of a tank. The guide blade prevents the breaking phenomenon of the flow due to the flow rate difference of the inside and outside by guiding the flow of the air. A through hole(181) is formed in the guide blade and is connected to the outside to flow the outdoor air.
