DIGITAL MULTIMEDIA BROADCASTING APPARATUS USING LOCAL AREA NETWORK AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A digital multimedia broadcasting device using a local area network and a method thereof are provided to watch DMB without being blocked even if a user enters the receiving unable area of a DMB. CONSTITUTION: A DMB center(100) transmits broadcasting data for providing a DMB service. A first DMB receiving mobile terminal(200-1) displays the broadcasting data which is transmitted from the DMB center by receiving the broadcasting data. If requesting the broadcasting data transmission through the local communication exists, broadcasting data is received from the DMB center. A mobile terminal for receiving a second DMB transmits the received broadcasting data.
