SIMULATION VERIFICATION METHOD FOR FPGA FUNCTIONAL MODULE AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A simulation verification method for an FPGA functional module and a system thereof. The method comprises: by enumerating all the parameter characteristics of various FPGA functional modules, generating all the test cases (101); according to the input type and parameter characteristics of an FPGA functional module to be tested, generating a simulation test platform configured to match the corresponding FPGA functional module to be tested (102); and according to the input parameter characteristics of the FPGA functional module to be tested, the simulation test platform randomly generating a test excitation and a corresponding desired output, comparing the desired output with the actual output after the test excitation is applied to a test case corresponding to the FPGA functional module to be tested, and outputting a test report of the FPGA functional module to be tested according to a comparison result (103). All the test cases are acquired on the basis of all the pieces of parameter characteristic information about an FPGA functional module, thereby greatly improving the test coverage rate.
