The present invention relates to a foldable ladder for boarding and leaving a ship which is easily stored and moved and has excellent coupling force with a ship and structural stability. The foldable ladder holding on to a handrail of a wall comprises: a plurality of side frames; a plurality of footrest frames connecting the side frames disposed on opposite sides of the footrest frame in a transverse direction; a plurality of hinge units connecting so that the side frames disposed in a height direction are mutually rotated in a forward and rear direction; and a hook unit coupled to the side frame at an upper end of the ladder and hooking the handrail. At least one pair of hinge units connecting a first step and a second step from a lower side or hinge units connecting a second step and a third step are rotated at an angle of 180 degree. |
