An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for verifying an insurance product and a computer-readable recording medium in which a program for executing the same is recorded. A method for verifying an insurance product according to an embodiment of the present invention, by which an insurance product verification tool compares and verifies a first insurance product and a second insurance product, includes: an insurance product reference information verification step of, when the first insurance product and the second insurance product are stored in a first insurance product server, comparing and verifying the first insurance product and the second insurance product, which are stored in the first insurance product server, with reference to an XML file; and an insurance product system information verification step of, when the first insurance product is stored in the first insurance product server, and the second insurance product is stored in a second insurance product server, comparing and verifying the first insurance product stored in the first insurance product server and the second insurance product stored in the second insurance product server. Through this method, a new insurance product can be newly made, and a change or an update of the existing insurance product can be rapidly and accurately verified. |
