The present invention relates to an algae removal and, more specifically, to an algae removing system which removes algae or red tide using a nonwoven fabric, an algae removing method, and a composite nonwoven fabric for removing algae. The algae removing system comprises: one or more tugboats; and an algae removing part which is tugged by the tugboats and is coupled to one or more from one and the other ends of the tugboats to allow a part thereof to be submerged and the other part to be exposed to the surface of the water on the basis of a water surface, thereby removing algae existing in the water.
