PURPOSE: A method for processing a buffer state report in a wireless telecommunications system and an apparatus thereof are provided to prevent UL(Uplink) radio resources from being wasted using a second buffer sized level table through UE(User Equipment). CONSTITUTION: A first buffer sized level table with a first maximum buffer sized value is provided(402). A second buffer sized level table with a second maximum buffer sized value is provided(404). The second maximum buffer sized value is bigger than the first maximum buffer sized value. CA(Carrier Aggregation) uses the second buffer sized level table(406). The CA is composed of more than two UL(Uplink) CCs(Component carrier). One of a radio resource control message, a MAC(Media Access Control), a control element, or the corresponding sub header of a MAC control element is able to be used to display determination about the usage of the first and the second buffer sized level table. |
