EBOOK SCANNING APPRATUS AND SYSTEM USING CAMERA

PURPOSE: An electronic book scanning apparatus and an electronic book scanning system using a camera are provided to generate an electronic book with high readability by removing a distortion due to a lens. CONSTITUTION: An electronic book scanning device(110) photographs a text and obtains a text image. An image converting device(120) corrects the distortion of a text image and divides the correct text image into a character part and a background part. The electronic book scanning device includes a camera which photographs the text, a convex lens, and an LED light.
