An activity-inducing message management method is performed by an activity-inducing message management server which is connected to at least two terminals. The method comprises the steps of: (a) setting group points corresponding to goods which are used on a message thread generated between the at least two terminals; and (b) updating the message thread by inserting an activity-inducing message initiated by one party (associated with one of the at least two terminals) - a message including reward group points for activities of a counterpart (associated with the other of the at least two terminals) - into the generated message thread or by setting one message (hereinafter, general message) of the generated message thread as the activity-inducing message.
