PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new carrying device that transfers intermittently a work-piece such as a foodstuff by one pitch, and a foodstuff processing device applied with the same.SOLUTION: The carrying mechanism comprises: a carrying space R formed along a longitudinal direction of a machine casing; an intermittent carrying shifter 5 which repeats reciprocating motion at a fixed stroke in the longitudinal direction of the carrying space R; a moving frame 6 which moves while supporting the work-piece W in the carrying space R. In the intermittent carrying shifter 5 is provided a push-in body 51 which pushes in the moving frame 6 in a transferring direction. The push-in body 51 is switched between states of contacting and non-contacting the moving frame 6. When transferring the work-piece W, the push-in body 51 is alternately switched between the state of contacting the moving frame 6 and the state of non-contacting the moving frame while moving forward and backward the intermittent carrying shifter 5 in the transferring direction, so as to sequentially transfer the work-piece W supported in the moving frame 6 at each fixed pitch in the carrying space R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
