PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting plate device for a wall clock and a table clock capable of using for both wall clock and table clock.SOLUTION: The mounting plate 20 that is detachably mounted onto the back face of a clock 1 includes a contact surface section 21 and an inclined surface section 22. A pair of right and left slide engagement sections 4 that engages with the mounting plate 20 is provided on the back face of the clock 1. The contact surface section 21 of the mounting plate 20 is configured by providing a pair of right and left slide engagement sections that engage with the slide engagement section 4 of the clock 1. The mounting plate 20 can be used at any side by overturning a front side and a back side. Therefore, the clock 1 can be used as a wall clock or a table clock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
