PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle device which is excellent in the accuracy of opening control and responsiveness, simple and small in size, and hardly receives an influence at vibration.SOLUTION: In a throttle device which is composed of a flow rate adjustment part 10 which adjusts an opening of an intake passage 12 by a turn of a throttle valve 13, a rotation drive motor 20 of the throttle valve 13, and a reduction gear 30 which decelerates the rotation of the motor 20, and transmits the rotation to the throttle valve 13. The accuracy of opening control can be improved by the throttle valve which is reducible in size by employing, as the reduction gear mechanism 30, a roller-type reduction gear which is sequentially engaged with inner teeth 34 of an inner gear 33 at an internal periphery which is arranged at a periphery of the reduction gear by the rotation of an eccentric shaft 36, decelerates and rotates a cage 39 for holding rollers 41, and is extremely large in a reduction ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
