PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote users' utilization of services by constantly stimulating their interests by means of presentation of display results with wide variations, without compromising the reliability of users.SOLUTION: In a fitness calculation process, a fitness calculation unit, which calculates a fitness indicative of a degree to which search refinement conditions and content information fit with each other, extracts fit content information as content information fitting with the search refinement conditions, based on the search refinement conditions. In a random number acquisition process, a random number acquisition unit acquires a random number sequence. In a display order determination process, a display order determination unit calculates priorities in all the pieces of the fitness content information, using the fitnesses in the fitness content information and the random number sequence, and determines the display orders of the fitness content information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
