Liquid ring gas pump

At the housing of liquid ring gas pumps and compressors with inner pressure calibration, single- or multi-stage, the cross section dimensions of the housing are held by an inner pressure calibration process. The housing blank is formed by two material shells (1a,1b) pushed into each other. They form an inner and outer tube where the outer tube is of non-alloy steel, and the inner tube is of fine steel. Through an inner pressure, they are pressed against each other and, at the same time, maintain the required dimensions against distortion forces.
