PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a position regulating amount of a cushion pad, and at the same time, facilitate the regulating work. SOLUTION: A cushion pad 8 is arranged on the frame of a forklift, and the cushion pad 8 is held by a guide body 10 in the vertical direction, which is fixed to the frame, and a slide body 15 which is slidably fitted on the guide body 10. In this case, the guide body 10 has a rectangular parallelopiped shape of which the inside is hollow, and of which the upper end is open, and a supporting piece 11 at the closed lower end is fixed to the frame with a bolt, and on both right and left side surfaces of the guide body 10, a plurality of engaging holes 13 are formed with a fixed interval. Also, the slide body 15 has a cross section of an upside-down U-shape, and the rear side is inserted in the guide body 10, and the front side is arranged in front of the guide body 10, and the cushion pad 8 is fixed with a bolt or the like to the top and the bottom on the front side of the slide body 15, and at the rear side lower end section of the slide body 15, a control means which controls the sliding of the slide body 15 is provided.
