PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating toilet seat which allows the removal of a heating toilet seat from a toilet seat, is free of shorting and electric shock in spite of water washing of the heating toilet seat, allows the simplification and speeding up of cleaning work, is simpler in structure than the conventional heating toilet seat utilizing induction heating, is installable to any toilet seats like general heating toilet seats, is versatile and is excellent in quick heat characteristic and heat transmission efficiency. SOLUTION: This heating toilet seat has a power source 1 which supplies AC current, an electromagnetic coil 2 which generates an AC magnetic field by supply of the AC current, a heating element 4 which consists of a dielectric substance 3 to be inductively heated by the AC magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil 2 and a radiator 5 which is thermally connected to the heating element 4 and is disposed within the toilet seat 6. The electromagnetic coil 2 is disposed within a toilet seat box 7 which freely turnably and pivotally supports the rear end 6e of the toilet seat 6.
