PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate non-uniformity in grilling of an object to be cooked, and further to prevent a burner from being clogged by oil. SOLUTION: A box-shaped lower burner cover 40 for covering a pipe 36 of a lower burner 6 and an air hole 35 on each nozzle body 34 is provided on the left and right side faces of the lower stage of a grill cabinet 2 and through a hole 17 formed on the lower burner cover 40, the flame hole of the nozzle body 34 faces the inside of the grill cabinet 2. The lower burner 6 heats the downside of an object F to be cooked by providing fresh primary air from the air hole 35. Since the air hole 35 or nozzle hole 37 is housed inside the lower burner cover 40, it is not clogged by the carbon black of the object F to be cooked. Besides, a flame hole cover 41 is provided above the top end of the nozzle body 34 so that the flame hole is not clogged by burning fat G of the object F to be cooked.
