摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to exactly control the light emission quantity of a stroboscope in a low-luminance region according to subject luminance by selecting the integrated light quantity and diaphragm aperture diameter set according to subject luminance and controlling the exposure at the time of stroboscope light emission. SOLUTION: Trigger voltage is impressed to a stroboscopic discharge tube 20 at the moment a trigger signal FT is inputted from a CPU 2 to a trigger circuit 21 and simultaneously an insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) 24 is changed over to a conducting state. The stroboscope light reflected from the subject is received in a phototransistor 25. A sensitivity changeover circuit 26 supplies current to an integrated circuit, by which a capacitor C1 is charged and the input voltage to an inversion input terminal of a comparator 27 is increased. An inversion signal is outputted to an output terminal of the comparator 27 at the moment the input voltage attains reference voltage Vref. This inversion signal is inputted to a switching circuit 23 and the IGBT 24 is changed over to a breaking signal and at this moment, a dischartge circuit is broken and the light emission of the stroboscope is stepped.
