PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the above sheet in such a manner that the sheet provides transparent appearance and the display in a laminate appears in peeling. SOLUTION: A film base material 1 consisting of a transparent thermoplastic resin opacified by sandblasting is partly printed with transparent resin ink in prescribed patterns and further, a surface protective layer 4 consisting of a transparent thermoplastic resin is supplied in a molten state and is solidified by cooling, by which this layer is peelably bonded to the film base material 1. The display patterns formed by the contrast ratio of the opacified regions 2 by the sandblasting treatment on the surface of the film base material 1 and the clarified regions 3 by the printing treatment with the transparent ink are normally uniformly clarified by the surface protective layer 4 and are made to exist latently in the laminate. These display patterns are displayed on the outside by peeling the surface protective layer 4.
