PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protective film having a temporary adhesive force of moderateness to an adherend, slight adhesion advance, not contaminating an adherend with an adhesive when the film is peeled from the adherend and not damaging the adherend when the film is peeled. SOLUTION: This protective film is characterized in that an adhesive layer comprising a polyolefin-based resin and a block copolymer composed of a polymer block consisting essentially of a vinylaromatic hydrocarbon compound and a polymer block consisting essentially of a conjugated diene compound or an epoxidized diene-based copolymer obtained by epoxidizing a partially hydrogenated substance of the block copolymer is laminated to one side of a substrate composed of a thermoplastic resin.
