PURPOSE: A non-crosslinked ethylene tetrafluoroethylene(ETFE) insulating material is provided to improve the life time of products due to high active energy for decomposition, and suitable for nuclear power plane cable due to excellent radiation resistant unlike other fluoride resin. CONSTITUTION: A non-crosslinked ethylene tetrafluoroethylene(ETFE) insulating material has activation energy for decomposition of 2.0-3.0eV. The manufacturing method of the non-bridging ethylene tetrafluoroethylene insulating material comprises a step manufacturing ethylene tetrafluoroethylene resin by polymerization of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene monomers, and a step of slow cooling the ethylene tetrafluoroethylene resin at 15-25 °C. |
