<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror frame component which is formed by suppressing occurrence of shaved off powder caused by friction with a lens while keeping the air permeability of a porous ceramic material, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the mirror frame component. <P>SOLUTION: In regions of fine projection parts on the lens contact surface, protection film portions 29 composing a hydrate or an oxide are formed by generation of tribochemical reaction by polishing the lens contact surface of the mirror frame component 1 with a polishing tool 26 in the water, and the regions except the fine projections on the lens contact surface are made to have porous portions 30 having a porous state remained therein without generating the tribochemical reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
