<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of messages related to SON in a transmission line between wireless base stations. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless base station eNB1 includes a memory 130 for storing base station information in order to select a message transmission destination, a network communication unit 140 for transmitting the message to another wireless base station selected according to the base station information, and a control unit 120 for controlling the memory 130 so that priorities assigned to the wireless base stations as the message transmission destination are set to the base station information according to the state of response to the transmitted message. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
