<p>A fuel cell control apparatus characterized by including fuel cell (10) in which an ion conductor containing a cation component, an anion component and a polar substance is used as electrolyte (11) and including a polar substance quantity controlling unit capable of controlling the quantity of polar substance contained in the electrolyte (11) in conformity with operating conditions of the fuel cell (10). Thus, the electrolyte (11) can maintain high proton conductivity over the entire region from low-load operation to high-load operation.</p> |
