<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly flame-retardant hard polyurethane foam in which the dissipation of formaldehyde is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a melamine derivative liquid for production of a hard polyurethane foam, in which a melamine derivative represented by formula (I) is dissolved in water or dispersed in a compatible polyol, a homogeneous polyol premix containing the melamine derivative liquid, and a flame-retardant hard polyurethane foam produced by using the melamine derivative liquid as a raw material. In the formula, X is -NR<SB POS="POST">1</SB>R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>'-; Y is -NR<SB POS="POST">2</SB>R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>'-; Z is -NR<SB POS="POST">3</SB>R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>'-; R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>' is 1-5C hydroxyalkyl; and R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>', R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>' are each independently hydrogen, 1-5C alkyl or 1-5C hydroxyalkyl, provided that the 1-5C alkyl and 1-5C hydroxyalkyl may be interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
