PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find the fact that a board case is separated by a fraudulent method when it happens and to effectively prevent a fraudulent action to a control board. SOLUTION: A bracket 140 is provided with a bracket opening 149 to be fitted with a round tightening member 170, and a front surface case 160 is provided with a front surface opening 166 supported to the front surface case 160 by a connection part 168 to be fitted with the round tightening member 170. By fitting the bracket opening 149 and the round tightening member 170 with each other and fitting the front surface opening 166 and the round tightening member 170 with each other, the front surface case 160 and the bracket 140 are tightened so as not to be separated and are turned to a tightened state. Also, the connection part 168 is tilted to the tightening direction of the front surface case 160, and by breaking the connection part 168, the front surface case 160 and the bracket 140 can be separated.
