<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a welding line at a portion corresponding to a light guide plate at the time of injection molding of a transparent resin substrate in which the light guide plate and a housing frame are integrated. <P>SOLUTION: A gate G is installed in a region toward the outer periphery side face rather than slits 52 between a light incident part 50 and the slits 52 of a transparent resin substrate 24. Then, when a resin is injected into a cavity of an injection molding die of a transparent resin substrate 24, the main flow of the resin is made a route, as shown in arrow marks f, to flow directly into a portion 24A corresponding to the light guide plate from the region where the gate G is installed going through the spacing between the light incident portion 50 and the slits 52. That is, the plurality of flows of the resin do not cross each other at the portion 24A corresponding to the light guide plate and occurrence of a welding line at the portion 24A corresponding to the light guide plate is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
