<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer electric-field conveyor capable of appropriately setting a developer conveying state in the conveying direction. <P>SOLUTION: A thin-plate conveyance electrode substrate (63) includes a plurality of conveyance electrodes (63a) arrayed along the developer conveying direction. The conveyance electrode substrate (63) includes a plate-like flat part (FP) and a bent part (BP) bent along the developer conveying direction.
