A physical distribution management method is provided to obtain physical distribution information by using wired/wireless telephones and perform physical distribution management instruction, thereby utilizing effective physical distribution information in real time and flexibly coping with an error of a physical distribution management network or another emergency situations. Physical distribution information is transmitted from a physical distribution controller(20) to a physical distribution management server(50). A sound or text physical distribution information message is transmitted from the physical distribution management server to wired/wireless telephones(42,44). A physical distribution management request is transmitted from the wired/wireless telephones to the physical distribution management server. According as a physical distribution management instruction corresponding to the physical distribution management request is transmitted from the physical distribution management server to the physical distribution controller, the physical distribution controller performs physical distribution management. |
