PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulling-out implement of ginger, hardly causing plugging even if a large amount of stems and leaves are raked into a nipping and conveying device, and preventing the nipping and conveying device from being broken by the load caused by the plugging of the stems and leaves. SOLUTION: The pulling-out implement includes the nipping and conveying device 49 for pulling out the stems and leaves K of a crop G planted on a field and conveying the stems and leaves K to the rear of a machine body, and a leaf-discharging device 81 for receiving the stems and leaves K from the nipping and conveying device 49 and discharging the stems and leaves K to right or left outside of the machine body. The nipping and conveying device 49 is constituted of right and left endless nipping belts 35R and 35L, and a plurality of freely rotatable rotators 39R, 39L, 45 and 46 installed so as to contact with nipping and conveying action parts within the wound range of the right and left endless nipping belts 35R and 35L, and the rear rotators 45 and 46 at the rear side of the nipping and conveying device 49 in the conveying direction in the rotators 39R, 39L, 45 and 46 are constituted so as to be remote from the conveying action parts than the front rotators 39R and 39L at the front side in the conveying direction.
