A forming unit for a connection part of an aluminum (Al) tube is provided to achieve integrated operation of facilities by allowing the facilities to form a mutually linked structure, and to efficiently form the connection part of the Al tube after flexibly setting a forming depth of a cut part. The forming unit for a connection part of the Al tube comprises: a body frame including an inlet passage to make the tube inputted, on a transfer path for the tube; a pair of left and right pressing units configured to be positioned to correspond to opposite lateral sides of the tube inserted in the inlet passage of the body frame, and to linearly move to press the lateral sides of the tube; and a pressing driving unit including an elevation means configured to be positioned on an upper part based on the inlet passage of the body frame, reciprocating linearly and vertically a pair of link members configured to connect an elevation means and the pair of pressing units such that the elevation means and the pair of pressing units are interlocked and driven together, and a driving means configured to transmit power to enable the elevation means to move vertically. The driving means of the pressing driving unit includes a rotary plate installed to be rotatable on the body frame, having an eccentric shaft protruding from the front thereof; a connection link bar connecting the rotary plate and the elevation means; and a driving motor installed to be fixated on a back part of the body frame, transmitting a rotatory force to the rotary plate. |
