METHOD FOR IN VITRO FERTILIZATION

A method for in vitro fertilization comprises the preliminary selection of immature oocytes followed by their culture in specified composition. The cultured oocytes are fertilized by ICSI technique followed by culture of embryos and their transplantation. The immature oocytes are selected at stage GV and/or M1 and are grown up to mature stage M2 in vitro in specified culture composition.
