The invention relates to a dispenser apparatus for pre-cut wiping material, comprising: a protective housing (1) for receiving a module (M) for supporting the strip of pre-cut material to be unrolled and the mechanisms for dispensing said strip; and a protective cover (2). The module (M) comprises lateral flanges (3) between which a spool (B) of material is arranged and a rocker-forming device (4) for guiding the strip. In addition, the module comprises a transverse flap (6), mounted between the aforementioned flanges (3), and a support plate (7) and the strip of material to be pulled by the user passes between the flap and the plate. The dispenser apparatus is characterised in that it comprises a device (D1) for preventing the strip of material from being rolled back up, comprising a long shaft (8) arranged parallel to, and on the rear face of the flap (6), said shaft having, in the middle portion thereof, a roller (9) that faces a central opening (6.1) formed in the flap (6). At a first end (8.1), the shaft is secured to a block (9) arranged to subsequently receive a ratchet freewheel for rotating the shaft (9) in a single direction, and, at the other end (8.2), the shaft is secured to a lever in the form of a link (11) hinged to a shaft secured to a fixed part (6.2) of the flap (6) against an elastic return means (13). The dispenser apparatus is also characterised in that the aforementioned shaft (8) is in a fixed position on one side and can move elastically away from the flap (6) against the above-mentioned means (13) and the movement of the lever (11), defining the limit position of the roller (9) in relation to the flap (6) that may or may not extend beyond the plane of the flap. |
