PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multilingual information recognizable by foreign tourists and allow the foreign tourists to recognize the information later.SOLUTION: An information provision system comprises information provision devices 100A and 100B installed in transfer means 1 and 2, portable terminals 3 carried by tourists, and a server 30 for providing information. Each information provision device includes: a first position information acquisition unit that acquires position information of the transfer means 1 and 2; and a first control unit that transmits the position information acquired by the first position information acquisition unit to the server 30, and transmits information transmitted from the server to the portable terminal 3. The server 30 includes a management unit 32 that searches multilingual information corresponding to the position information transmitted from the information provision device and transmits the searched multilingual information to the information provision device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
