PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a communication traffic volume and a transmission time in uploading.SOLUTION: A communication terminal device comprises: operation determination means 23 for determining whether or not, an operation corresponding to an input which is received from a user is an operation which is performed when uploading log information to a server 50; log parameter information transmission means 22 for, when the operation is performed, transmitting log parameter information which is classified according to level, according to a failure content included in the log information, to the server 50; and control means for, based on log request information which is transmitted by the server which received the log parameter information, controlling so as to upload the log information related to the failure content of the level which is indicated by the log parameter information to the server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
