A multi-domain vertical alignment (MVA) liquid crystal screen and manufacturing method thereof. The MVA liquid crystal screen comprises a first panel (301) and a second panel (302) parallel to each other. Liquid crystals (303) are filled between the first panel (301) and the second panel (302). Both of the first panel (301) and the second panel (302) are transparent. A first polarizing sheet (3011) and a second polarizing sheet (3021) respectively cover outer sides of the first panel (301) and the second panel (302). Light transmission axes of the first polarizing sheet (3011) and the second polarizing sheet (3021) are perpendicular to each other. The second panel (302) is provided with at least one first groove (306) thereon. A slope portion of the first groove (306) is smoothly connected to other portions of the second panel (302) and a bottom portion of the first groove (306).
