A mobile user data collection method. Current first geographical position information of a mobile user is acquired via first position information acquisition means. When it is determined according to the first geographical position information that the geographical position where the mobile user is currently located is at the edge of a preset geographical position area filter ring, determination is no longer directly performed via the first geographical position information, and current second geographical position information of the mobile user is acquired via second position information acquisition means which have a higher positioning accuracy than the first position information acquisition means, i.e. secondary fine positioning is performed. According to a secondary fine positioning acquisition result, it is determined whether the address position where the mobile user is currently located is within the geographical position area filter ring. The determination result of the present technical solution is more accurate, so that the accuracy of obtained mobile user information is higher, and better able to adapt to the problem of application scenarios and fields requiring high accuracy in the future. |
