An alarm system capable of monitoring accidental tumble of a human body. The system comprises a background main control unit (1), a camera unit (3), a sensing unit (2) and an alarm unit (4), wherein the camera unit (3) and the sensing unit (2) are responsible for collecting a video image of the human body and a vibration signal, the background main control unit (1) is used for performing framing processing on the video image of the human body, and judging whether tumble happens, and is further used for judging whether the vibration signal exceeds a pre-set threshold value, and generating, when the tumble happens and the vibration signal exceeds the pre-set threshold value, an alarm signal so as to control the alarm unit (4) to respond and give an alarm. The system improves the accuracy of tumble judgement of a human body, improves system stability, and guarantees a device to work accurately in dark, hot and dry environments and during the night. Furthermore, the system can timely give an alarm through the establishment of a monitoring-enquiry-response-alarm mechanism, make a rescue behaviour, and is of great significance in particular to the nursing of elderly people who live alone. |
