PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen gas sensor having a high hydrogen gas detection accuracy and a high durability.SOLUTION: A hydrogen gas sensor 100 includes: a hydrogen detection film 10 for detecting hydrogen gas; a heater 30 for heating the hydrogen detection film 10; and a latent heat storage unit 40 disposed between the heater 30 and the hydrogen detection film 10.
