PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper capable of eliminating complication of work, which is associated with form construction, by enabling a form to be positioned with ease.SOLUTION: A sleeper 10 is supported by a pair of concrete track beds laid in parallel along a laying direction of a track in a sleeper solid-bed-track structure. In the sleeper, a protrusion 11 is provided as a positioning part capable of abutting on a form arranged when the concrete track bed is laid.
