PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear pump capable of suppressing contact of a low-friction portion of a driven gear and a housing even when a clearance between the driven gear and the housing is reduced, so that abrasion of the low-friction portion can be suppressed, mechanical friction loss can be reduced, and further oil leakage from between the driven gear and the housing can be suppressed by suppressing the abrasion.SOLUTION: A gear pump includes a driving gear 30 rotated by power from the external, a driven gear 40 including an internal tooth 42 engaged with the driving gear 30 and rotated in accompany with rotation of the driving gear 30, a housing 10 accommodating the driving gear 30 and the driven gear 40, and a low-friction portion 46 formed by partially coating a sliding surface 44 to the housing 10 in an axial direction of the driven gear 40, with a low-frictional material, or coating the same with the low-frictional material with various coating thickness depending on locations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
