PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor for effectively and selectively inhibiting PDE, having favorable pharmacological properties in dosage, distribution, metabolism and excretion, having no side effect or harmful effect, or alleviating or reducing the side effect or harmful effect, relative to side and harmful effects being observed in compounds of the prior art.SOLUTION: There is provided a family of an S-substitute quinazoline derivative which is an inhibitor of a phospho-diesterase 7 (PDE7) enzyme and which is useful for treatment or prevention of diseases mediated by the PDE7 enzyme, especially an inflammatory disease, neuro-degenerative disease, nervous disease, mental disease, and/or autoimmune disease.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
