PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearth support structure of a heating furnace which has not such a danger as to cause damage of furnace shell base due to thermal expansion of hearth cross beam.SOLUTION: A base part 17 of a hearth support hardware 16 of which the top end part is extended in a cantilever type to the inside of a furnace is fastened to the upper surface of the furnace shell base 15, and a furnace body load is directly supported on the base part 17. A backing plate 20 is disposed on the horizontal upper surface of the top end part 19 of the hearth support hardware 16, and the top end 21 of a hearth cross-beam 12 is placed on the upper surface of the backing plate 20 to support the hearth load. Even when the hearth cross-beam 12 is thermally expanded, thrust force received by the furnace shell base 15 is reduced and the damage can be prevented. |
