PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of a filler such as concrete by comprising a semi-circular strip-like elastic member having a recess part by sandwiching a joint part, and providing a cover body for preventing the penetration of the filler into the recess part. SOLUTION: The joint part 8 of a continuous wall 5 formed to place concrete on the rear side of a steel-made frame body 6 is attached by being covered with a flexible joint 1 comprising a strip-like elastic member 2. Water-tight attaching parts 3 with the steel-made frame body 6 are provided on both the ends of the strip-like elastic member 2, fixed by anchor bolts and nuts 7, and a fiber reinforcing material is inserted in the inside of the strip-like elastic member 2 to form a semi-circular recess part. Next, an air bag 10 adhering without any gap is previously inserted in the recess part of the strip-like elastic member 2, and concrete is prevented from penetrating into the recess part during placing concrete. Thus, a space required for flexible change can be secured.
