PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of arranging a shear reinforcing material in a joining part between a reinforced concrete column and steel frame beams. SOLUTION: Stiffeners 6 are installed on both sides of a web 4 of a surface crossing position of a column 1 of both adjacent steel frame beams 2, 3. A compressed binding body of a spiral hoop reinforcement 8 in the same plane shape (a square shape in the drawing) as a plane shape of a joining concrete placing part 7 is made, and after inserting this compression mold into the joining concrete placing part 7 by being formed into a longitudinally long shape so as not to strike on the stiffeners 6, binding is released by being formed into a laterally long shape, and the upper/lower ends of the extended spiral hoop reinforcement 8 are brought into pressure contact with upper/lower flanges 5 of the steel frame beams 2, 3.
